1. PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
By training I am an Anthropologist and Public Health professional. Being a development health
professional, I find interest in doing challenging tasks of doing diverse nature.
I am having overall more than 5 years experiences in research (mostly qualitative) and program
management on public health issues in development sector and in particular, I have worked for 03 years
in WaSH sector.
Having academic backgrounds in Anthropology and Public health, I want to make significant
contributions to social and behavioral health related assignment for promoting better health condition of
both global and local settings through involving program management work. My background has given
me insight and effective understanding on contemporary health issues and challenges to work with this.
My friends say I do possess sound skills and great competence in technical, organizational and
intercultural factors that I have developed through practical experiences and from people with different
nationalities. Most importantly, I am a team player and can work under pressure in any situation with
diverse background people and having ability to work independently.
Moreover, I attained a MPH degree from one reputed institution, James P Grant School of Public Health,
with national and international students. Besides, I had to attend a number of field visits to observe and
evaluate on-going health program in root level during this MPH course. By doing this, I have been
skilled in public health issues with up-to-date knowledge that I can apply to promote better health as per
the demand of community people going anywhere in Bangladesh.

Nature of job: Program Implementation of WaSH.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead in overall urban WaSH program, financial and administrative planning, implementation
and management of program at Dhaka.
Coordination and communication with high level GoB officials, donors, NGOs & private
sector agencies to explore scope and establish linkage to synergize project resources.
Supervise monitoring activities to staffs’ implementation process to ensure quality of work.
Provide timely decision at all levels & solving problems on time for proper implementation.
Make Regular/monthly various narrative program reports for donor as per project dimension.
