This document presents a student project for the conceptual design of a wellness and spa hotel on the island of Pelješac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project includes:
- A 157-room hotel concept with wellness and spa facilities, event spaces, indoor pools, restaurants and shops.
- Floor plans and architectural drawings of the hotel design.
- Renderings of the building exterior and guest rooms.
- Details of the proposed facilities, including the spa, gym, children's areas, and room amenities.
- Consideration of sustainable design with solar panels.
The project aims to address the need for larger hotel capacities in Orebić with wellness offerings while respect

35. The exploitation of natural energy sources
The ideal solution
considering the huge
roof area and the data
indicating majority of
sunny days per year, is
setting up solar panels,
ie. Collectors.
36. Preliminary design shows the modern interior of the hotel and the
redistribution of hotel units, which follow the standards of planning and
tourism demand, technological equipment, a respectable amount of hotel
amenities, and is aimed at the green environmentally friendly construction,
the exploitation of solar energy through solar panels.
Further steps of this project would be the development and use plans for
static and other calculations, which are in compliance with legal and other
measures. The concept of of the hotel of this type would require further
maintenance and training, as well as landscaping the surrounding area, with
many features and facilities.
