widely in terms of monitoring and
supporting student engagement within the
programme.

• Program sees all units
• Effective tracker
• Activity limit is set weekly in line with the
content and how students will interact
• Onus is on staff to add block

7. Attendance Monitoring
• Mobile app - tier 4 students declare once a
day that they are on campus
• Roll out to Level 3, 4 and tier 4 students,
who will self-declare for every class

• How many (and which) students have or have not
submitted work via coursework receipting online
• Personal Tutor Meetings
• Initial research

• The engagement tracker is being developed into
a dashboard showing 4 strands:

• Weekly summarised view - drills down into a
closer view of each student
