Notes de l'éditeur
Here are the qualities I bring to the table.
I’ll go in depth on each of these in later slides.
Friendly – I am friendly and relaxed in all situations, but when things need to get done I can bring a motivational voice to the picture and get things done. My positive mind set and attitude is easily noted on the forums, teamspeak, and ZARP servers.
Experienced – I’ve been in ZARP ever since August 12th, 2013. Since this I’ve been staff a few times and within the past 8 months I’ve proven I’ve changed and have became staff on nearly all ZARP servers. I’m a SSRP Head Administrator, BHOP Super Administrator, Deathrun Administrator, Teamspeak Staff, and Forum Global Moderator. Over 1/8th of my life has been spent administrating the ZARP servers and helping everyone out in the community, and I believe the time has come to take on more responsibility and impact the community in a positive way.
Suggestive – Since my first day joining ZARP I’ve been looking for ways to improve the servers, whether it be my own ideas or brainstorming with other members of the community. Some notables ones were where I brainstormed an entire Serious RP server with 8 other members of the community, as a task. I got them all together, let them know what was going down, and we all met at a common goal and got this done without drama or any issues. Some of my less notable suggestions were the Bit Coin miner, but all suggestions are just ideas, a consideration,. I’m a very creative person, and this will better the community as a whole.
Team Oriented – Whenever I do something, I love doing it with others. Notetably, I’ve been to 95% of every meeting within that past 8-10 months. I love working together with people to get something done, being staff on so many server including teamspeak and being a forum global moderator, it only proves my point more that I’m great working together with others and will be a great addition to the community team.
My objectives if granted the position on the community team as community manager would be
Objectives:
Community Competition
Bring new innovative ideas to the servers
More interactive and friendly forum environment
Improved Staff Trainings
Improve the Servers and future ones
Promote Positivity and Leadership
I want to create a fun atmosphere in competition across servers, forums, and teamspeak. Some examples of this are Karaoke nights on the teamspeak for some currency on ZARP servers, forum fan art compilations, or server mini events such as bhop racing.
a
New Innovative ideas – As stated previously, I’m a very creative person and my ideas that spring up out of the blue combined with the community team will allow great things to happen across ZARP. I suggest plenty of things whether it be on the forums, or to community team membersa over skype, teamspeak, or steam, I love experimenting with ideas and trying things out.
More interactive and friendly forum environment - I’d try to suggest new ways to organize the website in community team meetings such as moving some sections into others, sub sections, etc. I would really like to see more palayers finding the forums easier to use in general.
Improved Staff Trainings - I’ve been In the workings of staff guides that will help in trainings, and I’d love to see more 1 on 1 trainings for staff members that will get them even more knowledge on how to be a staff.
Improve the servers and future ones – I’d bring a unique approach to server ideas and suggestions given my extensive time as a member of this community. I ‘m creative and I’d love to bring more suggestions forwad to the community team and improve our servers.
Promote positivity and leadership – I’d love to host Mini Meetings where anyone in the community can attend and teach people how to be kind to one another, and how to act and how not to act to make this community even better than it ealready is.
Since 8 months ago, this is how my timeline has spaced across up until this day. I know that my qualities that I’ve gone over today and my attitude and mentality you all have seen will prove to you I am the best choice for this position, and hopefully 10. will be Community Manager.
I’ve hosted meetings recently and in the past, and am going to suggest I host them in the future with my new microphone that I’m getting on wensday, I’m very attentive and helpful in meetings besides hosting them. I’m staff on Deathrun, SSRP, Bhop, forums, and teamspeak, and remain active on all of them. My activity on the forums is around 12-18 hours a day, I even get on majority of the day at school on my laptop. I help on the servers a lot whether it be player or staff related, and go out of my way to go server to server and attend to every issue I get over steam! I’m active on teamspeak as well, due to my timezone I’m even on majority of the time nobody is on. My experience is over two and a half years as staff, but recently my 8 months of staffing experience since my return ultimately gives me a great edge over other candidates. I help members on steam, teamspeak, and the forums constantly. With other 400 friends and 100+ messages of the day, I rarely have a moment where im not busy. I know that what I’ve presented over the past two and a half years without a doubt will let you know that I am the best pick for this position, thanks for allowing me this interview.
