- Two public open houses were held to discuss the Water Works Mezzanine Phase project with over 20 community groups. Archaeological exploration of the site was also conducted.
- The project has selected a food vendor and is finalizing an exclusive rights agreement. Construction is ongoing, including deconstruction of the former Fuji Ya building and rehabilitation of the mill walls.
- Fundraising has reached $12.3 million of the $15 million goal. The project budget is being finalized and construction is planned to be completed by Spring 2020.
