 To overview procurement operations through the Procurement manager and
department, by reviewing reports, prices, assuring the implementation of
market surveying and studies, and approving shipments clearance, to ensure
procurement at the lowest prices compared to best quality.
 To coordinate with the concerned managers, on the hotel services
operations, Warehousing, and Sales, by reviewing Production and Sales
reports, and validating proper procedures, to align the flow of production and
delivery to established sales targets, capacity building of the employees, and
ensure customer satisfaction.
 To monitor the quality status of services provided, with the Management
Team, Supervisors and Management Representatives, the reports provided
on products and processes, and checking the quality complaints, to take the
necessary corrective actions and enhance customer satisfaction.
 To manage the Management team through reviewing development plans,
performance management, and succession planning, to capitalize on
