THE MESSAGE OF PEACE!
It gives us immense pleasure to welcome your school to participate in the
Global Village Program in the last week of March, 2012 under the theme of
‘Peace ’. The program date would be announced soon. Should your school
be interested to join the subject display, we have attached the details regarding
the mechanics and registration procedure for your convenience.
This program offers the students of grade 6, 7 and 8 to take part in an out-of-
school experience, testing their teamwork, intellect and endurance to perform
the ultimate task given, that is, represent their country in the most vivid way
they can! And more importantly, giving their speech on Global Peace .
Your participation in making this competition successful will be highly
appreciated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Kindly make a note of the following information you need to register for the display:
 Send a team of maximum 6 students from your school
 Full team registration fee is Rs -/. 1800
 For each participant student, attach two passport size photos, with the participant information slip.
 Send two faculty members with the participants
 Acknowledge the receipt of the registration from through a phone call.
 Print out the registration form and fill it with a pen.
 Send complete registration forms with all the entries and a permission letter from the branch head, through
scanning the documents or mail it by post. Bring 1 copy of that along on the day of the event.
 The closing date it register your interest is 23rd March, 2012.

EVALUATION CRITERIA 100
Presentation- Culture – Religion, language, 40

ART COMPETITION (optional)
 Interested students are reqiured to bring their
paints and brushes for participation in the “T-
Shirt painting” competition.
 Maximum 2 participant should be registered
exclusively for the art competition with 400
registration fee (apart from team registration).

PROVISIONS
The participants will be provided with various elements,
needed to help them fully build up their stall and for their
own comfort. These include:
 An electric socket in case for the need of electrical devices
i.e. Sound systems, Laptop chargers etc.
 A 15 x 15 stall will be reserved for the schools on
registration.
 Two tables of (2X4) with 3 chairs will also be provided to
make the show case of the items brought easier.
 Complementary food and refreshments will be offered to
the registered participants only to have a great time!
