for Tamil Nadu State) 
Managing the entire State HR activities with the team size of 10, facilitating 946 
Branches’ spread across Tamilnadu with employee strength of over 4000 Employees. 
 Managing and implementing the entire HR activities. 
 Work closely with the Business head and Management team in formulating & executing business 
specific HR strategies and initiatives needed to achieve the Business goals. Translating business 
strategy to human resources requirements; define short term and long term plans, programs and

 Manpower planning for entire State by partnering with respective business heads for driving talent
