• Murat Aktaş is born in Istanbul in 1958. He studied at Tarsus American College
and METU Industrial Engineering Department where he received his BS
degree. Murat Aktaş made a career on marketing, sales and general
management in companies such as Eczacıbaşı Vitra, Unilever, R.J.Reynolds
Tobacco, Pepsi, Castrol, Vodafone, SABAH ve On Demand Group.

• Metin Aytulun was born in 1963. He graduated from Faculty of Administration
and Economy in Dokuz Eylül University in 1985. He received his MBA degree on
“Valuation in the context of Tax Law” from Okan University in 2013.
• Between 1986 and 2001, he served several companies as a CFO and board
member. Between 2001 and 2008, he continued his services as a certified an
Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor. Since 2008 he has been serving
as a CPA.

• Advt. H. Metin Ertem graduated from Faculty of Law in Istanbul University. He has a postgraduate
research on Constitutional Law. Since 1968, he has been working as a lawyer for banks, companies,
ministries, personal and corporate entities. He is a certified mediator.
• Member of the team, Advt. M. Emre Ertem is also a partner of Ertem Law Office and specialized in
international law. He is a certified mediator. Following his graduation from Galatasaray Lycée and
Istanbul University Law Faculty, he worked in Yerlikaya Marine Law Office on logistics, company,
banking and marine law. Thereafter, he started his postgraduate study in London Guildhall University.
Following this, he joined Ince&Co. International Law Office in London. Before joining Ertem Law Office,
he worked in Chicago based law firm Altheimer&Grey on international M&A and intercompany law.
