a) Company History
The Company was incorporated in 2011 under the Laws of Kenya and currently
owned by Kenyans. Since its inception the Company has provided ICT business
solutions to various Companies thereby enabling them to handle their management
with ease, efficiently and faster data access.

The Company core business is development of ICT solutions that adds value to the
operation of the management. Our main system is financial management system for
the SACCOs branded VALUEMIS SACCO BUSINESS SOLUTION.

i) Sacco Society Solution
In the Co-operative Movement we have developed Software branded VALUEMIS
SACCO BUSINESS SOLUTION and is a window based system that is written is
written on VB.net Programming language and Power Builder – a Rapid Development
Tool (RDT). The system meets all the Sasra’s requirements on ICT and addresses
Sacco growing environment. The system comes in three main parts namely, BOSA,
FOSA, & MICRO-FINANCE system. Each of these parts is made up of modules or
sub-modules which are integrated harmoniously to ensure efficient members’
information management at all levels.
 BOSA SECTION
This section is made up of the following basic modules which form the minimum
modules a Society requires to computerize Sacco Back Office Activities (BOSA).

 FOSA SECTION
The Front Office Services Activity (FOSA) is a system which performs banking
like activities for the SACCO. The system is fully integrated with the Back Office
Sacco Activity (BOSA). The VALUEMIS SACCO BUSINESS SOLUTION-
FOSA system performs a number of tasks which can be briefly classified as
follows:-
 Maintenance - This is used to set up the system procedures.
 Transactions - This records customer’s transactions.
 Update - This performs various update routines.
 Reports - This produces a variety of Customer tailored
reports.
 Setup - This is used to change parameterized options.
 Utility- This allows the user to perform a number of online
queries and transfers from Back Office.
With continuous growth of technology, the Sacco banking sector have moved in pace
and this has given birth to additional sub-modules in the VALUEMIS FOSA to address

ii) MICRO-FINANCE SECTION
VALUEMIS MICROFINANCE system is an on-line, client-centric, multi-user, multi-
currency and multi-branch integrated Financial Services System. It is a modular
system and gives the required flexibility to growing and future Microfinance and

5. Sacco business Platform. VALUEMIS microfinance system is developed on
Windows platform and runs on SQL Server 2005 and above Integration. The General
Ledger of VALUEMIS microfinance system sits as the core of all other subsidiary
modules and operations. Thus every transaction from the subsidiary module is
basically a double entry (Debit and Credit) in Ledger. VALUEMIS microfinance
integration is so high leveled that to the use it appears as a single solution but all
transaction are mastered and posted to right ledgers using the product identifier.
iii) CHURCH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
VALUEMIS SHEPHERD SOLUTION is user friendly and easily customizable to
make your data easily accessible and meaningful to you. The System therefore
enables the pastor to track details of an individual, families, giving, pledges, groups,
contacts and child check-in among others, thus enabling him to keep his focus where it
should be and that is the members - shepherding the flock. The system is made up of
several sub-modules and comes in the following main parts:
 Membership management system
 Regional/National management system (Diocese).
iv) INVENTORY SYSTEM
The Inventory Management system provides the ability to set up and manage both
Stock and Non-stock Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Stock Items are those for which
you maintain inventory balances, typically for manufacture of finished goods and/or
sales to customers.
Non-Stock items are those for which you want to track all item information, e.g.,
descriptions, prices, units of measure, etc. just as you would for an inventory item.
However, you can elect not to carry these items in stock. Instead, you can sell them to
be shipped directly from your supplier to the end customer. This is commonly referred
to as a "drop-ship" or "direct-ship" order.
v) HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The system addresses HRM organizational functions that deals with issues related to
people e.g. compensation, hiring, performance management, organization
development, safety, wellness benefits, employee motivation, communication,
administration and training in an organization growing environment. It is made up of
several modules which cab be purchased individually or as an integrated package.
vi) ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Asset inventory gives you a complete record of all assets e.g. computers, Software
furniture and any other asset of computer device located in the organization. For
computer software and hardware devices managed in the Asset inventory system you
can view the description of the hardware eg RAM, CPU HDD etc found in an asset and

6. list of the software installed on the asset. Any changes made to the hardware or software
inventory are added to the asset activity log automatically
b) Services
Realtime Technology delights is in serving our customers. Apart from development of
the Software we also offer the following services:-
 ICT audit services. The audit/system review is carried out during the
implementation period or after commissioning the software. The system audit
will assess the conformance of the software product and processes, applicable
regulations, standard guidelines, plan and procedures among other things.
 After sale support services. Under this service, the client enters a semi/annual
contract with us for software support and enhancement. Under the contract,
Realtime correct any bug that may occur during the use of the software and
carry out system enhancements according to the moving trend of the technology
to make the client be at par with the technology.
 Training. We offer training on our tailored software to enable our client use
the system with ease. The training is organized according to the needs of the
client.
 Consultancy services. We offer consultancy services to our client according to
their requirements and advise them accordingly. The consultancy services

 Hardware supply and maintenance services. Under this service, Realtime
