7. Junk food is a term for food that is of little nutritional value
and often high in fat, sugar, salt, and calories.
Junk foods typically contain high levels of calories from
sugar or fat with little protein, vitamins or minerals.
Most of the junk foods are rich in fats and poor in other
nutrients.
Common junk food includes Fast food, chips, candy, gum,
sweet desserts, sugary carbonated beverages as well as
alcoholic beverages. Many foods such as hamburgers, pizzas
can be considered either healthy or junk food depending on

not take junk food as an alternative to breakfast,

rarely and that to very least quantity,
