Areas of responsibility:
Direct a team of 33 professional accountants, and report to the CEO and Board of directors with the main following
responsibilities:
• Manage all the day-to-day accounts functions.
• Manage the Group’s current and projected cash flows to ensure healthy cash position.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for the corporate management.
• Prepare managerial reports that offer capsulated view of each entity performance, key issues and recommended remedy
actions.
• Manage, review and negotiate the banks’ credit facilities and arrange for new fund requirements.
• Prepare and review the annual master budget as well as project budgets.
• Contribute and review the pricing of all tenders and business opportunities to ensure accurate and competitive price.
• Prepare the financial models for the new business opportunities and provide full financial justification for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate the external audit and respond to governmental agencies (Tax authorities, commercial chamber, etc.).
• Develop and regularly review the financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage the company receivables and credit risk assessment for existing and potential customer.
• Manage the stocks portfolio and coordinate with the brokerage companies.
• Manage the equity performance to ensure equity maximization.
