   • Identify district, VDC level prone areas- Mapping
   • Identify capacity, budget and gaps- accordingly prepare and capacitate ourselves, RH's
     community, partners, DMC
        • Rescue and relief training
        • First Aid
        • Conceptual clarity to be more focused on vulnerable victims and affected
        • Pre- Monsoon and post Monsoon workshop with RH's/Stakeholders concerned and related
           agencies

# Preparedness
   • Create emergency fund and facilitate to form it at RH'/ community and partners level for
      immediate response.
   • Capacitate frontline workers, activists to deal with emergency situation.
   • Mobilize them
   • Form E-FAST team and equip them.

# Relief and Rescue
   • Prepare and stock ourselves with necessary tools.
