TRAINING FOR OPERATORS OF A GAS-DISTRIBUTING SUBSTATION OF
MOSOBLGAZ, A GAS COMPANY
Description: A mobile 3D app integrated with a learning
management system (LMS), designed for gas worker training, and
supporting the following scenarios: gas-distributing substation
switchover from main line to bypass line and back, as well as gas
pressure governor disassembly/assembly
Source data: Photos and videos of a gas-distributing substation,
equipment drawings, and specialist and trainer consultations
Project team: 5 people
Implementation time: 3.5 months
Outcome: During the first year, 500+ people were
trained. Task completion and the number of errors
are logged in the LMS

TRAINING IN KOMPRESSOR DATA CENTER EMERGENCY SWITCHOVER
Description: A full data center digital twin with all
premises and technological systems for a VR
simulator. The model includes a scenario of an
emergency switchover to diesel generators and
supports 30+ actions

Description: The model is the first step to a full-fledged digital
enterprise, including the elaboration of personnel training scenarios
(such as equipment maintenance and HSE) and integration with
production, security, and monitoring systems

scanning results, site general layout, process flowcharts, and
consultations provided by involved technologists and specialists

Outcome: The enterprise model will be used to

Description: An app visualizes radio communication
patterns in different 20*40 km landscapes and
displays signal transmission, while supporting
unrestricted modeling of connection diagrams. The
app is designed for military training.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN AR/VR SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE FOR
GAZPROM NEFT PERSONNEL TRAINING
Description: The project includes a full-fledged analysis of
enterprise processes, identification of pains and needs of
functional departments (including HSE challenges), and
then AR/VR solution architecture development with
further integration into customer business processes.

functional departments, and a seminar with HSE

Description: To prepare operation personal for new built refinery
SAPSIBNEFTEKHIM SIBUR is establishing new technical training center. We
designed architecture, engineering and multimedia systems. Training center
includes VR classroom for collaborative staff trainings.
VR classroom is designed for collective briefings and VR sessions on
operation, HSE, maintenance and repair scenarios.

Description: An AR app to demonstrate unique performance
characteristics of helicopter internal components made with
the use of an additive technology. Helicopter virtual models
were laid over real-life objects in X-Ray mode, with new
component locations being shown and supported by related
infographics

Description: An AR app is developed for the integration with
another internal app used by pharmaceutical sales
representatives so that during visits to hospitals and industry
events they could demonstrate how the drug influences brain
neurons

Outcome: The app logs start and exit times for each
scenario and integrates with a CRM system to collect
analytical data, thus enabling the customer to monitor the

A VIRTUAL TOUR ACROSS THE JUPITER HALL OF THE STATE HERMITAGE MUSEUM
Description: A social and cultural project on promoting
cultural heritage objects: a fully interactive digital copy of
the hall, audio guide for each exhibit, and teleportation
and levitation functions.
Source data: Real-life exhibits, which were processed with
the use of photogrammetry and laser scanning technologies.
Project team: 5 people
Implementation time: 3 months
Outcome: Project demonstration at exhibitions worldwide,
as well as for foster homes and disabled people as part of
charity initiatives. One more hall is going to be digitized.

A VIRTUAL TOUR: GALLERY OF THE HISTORY OF ANCIENT PAINTING
Task: Promote art and hold virtual museum tours in different regions.
Outcome: Using a special VR-powered data visualization technique, we digitized 60 art objects (paintings and sculptures)
in every detail, with one 3D model taking them 10 to 30 hours to create, depending on item size and complexity. Moreover,
some of the exhibits digitized by us have never been publicly displayed before.
The project was unveiled during Hermitage Days in Sakhalin and then toured through other Russian cities.

Description: The project was implemented right during the
facility construction and visualizes construction stages,
key functional capabilities, and technological processes

Source data: Real-life exhibits, which were processed with the use of photogrammetry and laser scanning technologies.   • 20. 0020 A VIRTUAL TOUR: GALLERY OF THE HISTORY OF ANCIENT PAINTING Task: Promote art and hold virtual museum tours in different regions. Outcome: Using a special VR-powered data visualization technique, we digitized 60 art objects (paintings and sculptures) in every detail, with one 3D model taking them 10 to 30 hours to create, depending on item size and complexity. Moreover, some of the exhibits digitized by us have never been publicly displayed before. The project was unveiled during Hermitage Days in Sakhalin and then toured through other Russian cities.
