Plant Operations & Maintenance:
Planning and co-ordinating with PPIC and other dept to monitor the RM/PM receipts in time and
meeting the monthly Production and Sales target.
 Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to
increase machine up time and equipment reliability and maintaining the History cards for all critical
equipments.
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through
application of trouble shooting tools.
 Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve equipment
efficiency and substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Installation & Commissioning

2.  Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
 Erection, testing and commissioning of equipments, also providing utility services to the equipments.
 Handling the design, procurement, erection, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of various

since Feb’11, responsible for setting up Rs 500 Mn Green Field Project for OSD&Neutraceticals and
the Project has been completed and commercial Production started in June’13.Now responsible for
the Plant Operations including Production,Engg,QC,Factory administration,Labour
Management(200),Liasion work with Govt.Officials like Drug Controller,PCB,EB,Labour
Commissioner etc.
The Plant has been audited and approved by Indian MNC’s like SUN
PHARMA,DRL,LUPIN,RANBAXY,WOCKHARDT,ALKEM,GLENMARK,TTK,FOURTTS,BIOCON,USV,MANKIN
D,
IPCA,UNICHEM,ABBOT INDIA,BIOLOGICAL.E,ZUVENTUS etc.
April ’10 to Jan’11,worked in Sarvotham Care,Baddi as ‘GM-Project & Engg’ responsible for
completion of pending projects,documentation,Validation and Maintenance of FMCG Plant.(Brown
Field)The plant was audited and approved by MNC’s like GSK,P&G,AMWAY etc.
April’08-March’10-with Vaccine Mfg Co., Chennai as Head-Maintenance and Engineering.
Responsible for setting up Green Field Project for Vaccine Mfg (Rs 400 Mn),Testing, Commissioning,
Validation of Production and Utility equipments and got the COPP Certificates .
 Handling the Maintenance, Projects, validation, documentation, training & troubleshooting of Lyophilizers,
Cold Rooms, DHS, Autoclaves, Vial Washing and Filling lines, LAF Stations, HVAC Systems.
 Overseeing the Operation & Maintenance of
- RO / DM Plant, WFI(MCDP), Pure Steam Generators, Loop system of
WFI/PW,Incubators,Boilers,DG Sets,UPS,CCTV,PA System,Fire Alarm,Sterile Facility and

Responsible for executing the US$11 Mn projects for (Green Field) Solid Dosage for Tablets, Capsules,
Liquid Orals, and Dry Powders including Penicillin Products.(OSD >2.5 Bn/month for one shift
operations)
 Shifting of all the Production and Utility equipments from the old plant to the newly built state of the art
plant and commissioned successfully after completing the required validations with out affecting the
marketing requirements. After successful commissioning, responsible for the plant maintenance
,documents ,annual budgets, cost/inventory control etc.The Plant was audited and approved by WHO
GMP-Geneva,PIC,Uganda,Tanzania,Kenya,Zambia etc.
 Additional responsibility taken to care of entire Production/Mfg operation for more than a year,
in the absence of Expatriate Production Head.
Attainments:
 Played a major role in completing the US $11Mn Green field ‘State of Art’ 200,000 sft facility & got the
approval of ‘ROCHE’ PIC’s certification,WHO-GMP, Kenya,Zambia,Uganda FDA and other African Countries.
