Foundation of Research & Community Empowerment is a non-profit organization in Pakistan that works to alleviate poverty, promote health, education, research, youth awareness, and capacity building. It operates in 10 villages across two districts in Sindh province. The organization aims to empower communities and individuals through establishing grassroots institutions and programs focused on education, women's rights, the environment, healthcare, and disaster relief.
2. Introduction
Foundation of Research & Community Empowerment is not for
profit organisation and counted as the largest youth volunteer
based organisation of the country, working since 2011 in Poverty
alleviation, health, research, youth awareness, education in
addition to capacity building. Benefiting 10 villages of two districts
of Sindh province and FRCE has also best possible experience,
working in last flood disaster in Sindh. FRCE makes continuous
efforts towards capacity building at the community & grass root
level. This is done through harnessing people's potential to help
them-selves by establishing a network of grassroots level
institutions at the village level.

Objectives:
To educate the people for adoption of the good norms of a good citizenship and to
inculcate into the people's mind, ideals of national unity and To establish schools &
libraries in needy communities for sustainable development.
To work for uplifting the status of women in the society through poverty alleviation &
gender development programs and enhancing gender equity by expanding women's
access to justice and women's human rights
To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control and environmental
awareness.
To alleviate poverty through empowering poor people and increasing their access to
income , opportunities.
To provide help under health & nutrition services for women and children.
To encourage young people through capacity building program to develop a healthier,
safer lifestyle
To publish newspaper, magazine, journals and to reproduce works of arts, literature,
science, crafts and other allied works/collections of works of arts for instruction and
imparting useful knowledge.
To provide help to people suffering from Natural calamities and work for uplifting poor
rural/village people for their overall development
