SPORTS
Parish walk Saturday 31st October
As reported at the AGM last month, it has
been agreed to restart the parish walks. Our
first walk will be led by Deacon Tom and will
be in Jeskyns Country Park, Henhurst Road,
DA12 3AN, finishing in the cafe for a drink
and snack for those who wish. We'll start at
10:30 in the car park at the cafe end. There's
a parking charge of £1:50 for those who
haven't got a Discovery Pass. The walk will
be for about two miles and at a pace to suit
those taking part.

FELLOWSHIP/ STUDY
Our Continuing Faith Journey &
Next Year's Lent Course
Because of the darkening nights and variable
winter weather, we will not be meeting in
winter. However, there will again be a Joint
Lent Course, beginning on Thursday 18th
February at St Vincent’s, Temple Hill,
Dartford, continuing each Thursday of Lent
until the week before Holy Week.
More of that in the new year.

It is that glorious time of year where the
nights draw in, the temperatures are a bit
cooler and we get to turn our clocks back
an hour so we can all have fun for a week
as our body clocks try to adjust!
