4. What is executive Presence?
Executive presence is a blending of temperament,
competencies, and skills that, when combined,
send all the right signals.
Leaders know they must embody executive
presence to get ahead, influence others, and drive
results.
To others, it's the leader's ability to command the
room.
5. What is Personal Branding?
Personal branding is the practice of marketing people and
their careers as brands.
It is an ongoing process of developing and maintaining a
reputation and impression of an individual, group, or
organization.
For example Kim Kardashian endorses brands and products
through her media influence.
6. Difference Between :-
Personal Branding
Personal brand is the unique
combination of skills, experience, and
personality that you want the world to
see you.
It is the telling of your story, and how it
reflects your conduct, behaviour, spoken
and unspoken words, and attitudes.
You use your personal branding to
differentiate yourself from other people.
Professionally, your personal brand is
the image that people see of you. It can
be a combination of how they look at
you in real life, how the media portrays
you, and the impression that people
gain from the information about you
available online.
Executive Presence
Executive presence it's the ability
to give off a general sense of poise,
confidence, decisiveness and dignity.
The term also encompasses the
characteristics of a sound leader. For
instance, those with executive
presence work well under pressure
and are able to communicate clearly
and efficiently, and they're able to
observe an environment or situation
and know exactly how to handle it.
In general, executive presence is a
persona that lets everyone around
the person know that he or she is in
charge, confident and capable of
leading others.

8. Components of executive Presence?
Through our extensive work with successful leaders, we’ve seen
how essential executive presence is to effective leadership. To
stand out and drive an organization forward, you must own the
room, project an authentic and confident style, excite people’s
imaginations, and win hearts and minds. Contrary to some of the
conventional wisdom you may have heard, executive presence
isn’t charm school. Appearance and nonverbal communication are
important facets of presence but really just the tip of the
iceberg. When you drill deeper into the science of influence, you’ll
find that there is much more going on beneath the surface.
•
9. The three important dimensions are as follows:
Character: Character is an over-used and often misunderstood word,
but in the context of leadership, character is your inner core—
the personal traits and values that define you. Character is who we are
from the standpoint of values, temperament, and essential beliefs
about self, others, and life in general.
Substance: Substance is made up of your social presence,
demeanour, and gravitas in leadership situations. These are cultivated
ways of being. They convey an overall sense of maturity, a capacity to
integrate and bring one’s character and virtues into play as a leader.
Style: Style is the more readily observable pillar. It’s what people see
and experience about you quickly if not immediately. It’s the first
impression people make of you – based on your image, mannerisms,
and interpersonal behaviour.
10. Why Executive Presence is so important?
As stated by Fortune Magazine, executive presence is
“the ability of the leader to engage, align, inspire, and
move people to act.”
Communication: Through the masterful use of body
language and concise speaking skills, you're able to
communicate the authority of a leader.
This is the ability to command a room.
11. Why Personal Branding is so
important?
Consider the competition: without a strong personal brand,
it may be very difficult to stand out from the crowd.
The process of developing a powerful personal brand
requires a significant amount of self-reflection and analysis,
both of which will force you to really get to know yourself.
This is important because if you want to sell yourself to
employers, you must have a clear and authentic story to tell.
Your personal brand can work for you 24/7. Tools such as
LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Indeed and, of course, your
own website can successfully market your brand even while
you’re sleeping.
