Adolescence is a transition from Childhood to
Adulthood.
It causes rapid physical, physiological and
emotional changes - “Exciting yet confusing”.
Adolescence is a ‘DIFFICULT’ & IMPORTANT’
phase of growing up.
Its important to be ‘AWARE’ & ‘ INFORMED’ of
what’s happening to you.

So keep your skin clean to avoid Acne, pimples, etc..
Avoid sharing shaving blades to keep infections at bay.

Acne is a skin condition, which is most common in

Acne results in pimples, redness, swelling &

In boys with acne, oil glands produce too much oil
(sebum) owing to hyperactive / imbalance in
hormone
levels.
The trapped oil blocks pores causing infection,
leading
