17. For a soon-to-be-born, the womb is
like a home. Comfortable, safe,
secure- and nurturing too. For nine
long months, it provides the baby
with everything it needs to step put
into the big wide world outside…
…. So let’s give that feeling to our
baby that it is not the sex of the baby
which decides whether the womb will
accept the baby with loving arms or
kill it
18. DOSST is the NEED of the HOUR seeing
the falling sex ration and its ill effects,
its important that we all join our hands
to prevent this social evil and make our
society a healthy place to live in………
I would definitely request all present
here to be a part of it and help DOSST
reach its zenith
At last I would end by saying…….
SAVE THE GIRL…. TO SAVE THE WORLD
19.
20. Let us Join hands and pledge
• To end pre birth elimination of females
• All forms of gender discrimination
• And make this world a better place to live….

22. Dear Dr. Neelam,
Congratulations to you for organizing a workshop on PCPNDT act & MTP act
on 3rd June at Ludhiana. And I also congratulate you on keeping the
DOSST cell active.
It is the time for us to keep on creating awareness regarding these acts
amongst our members.
It is important that we also should share the responsibility of self-
regulation & more important this will give opportunity for ethical
practitioners to stand up & be counted. At the same time due to either
ignorance of the law or not knowing implications of our small mistakes
like not filling of the forms; our members get in trouble unnecessarily.
This workshop will provide them appropriate guidance.
The appropriate authorities also should follow the code of conduct given in
the law & not look at every doctor as their enemy. Hence combined
workshops like this will help putting together our might in fighting the
main evil i.e. sex selected terminations.
Wish you all the success !!

33. WHY DONT ANYONE THINKS THAT
IF HIS/HER MOTHER WOULD HAVE
BEEN KILLED
THEN FROM WHERE HE/SHE WOULD
HAVE BEEN IN THIS WORLD.
I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT ITS A GIRL WHO
IN FUTURE BRINGS A NEW LIFE IN THIS WORLD,
WHETHER THE BOY OR GIRL
.SO WHY KILLING HER?
HOW CAN ANYONE CUT THE TREE ON WHICH YOU
GET FRUITS AND
HOW CAN ANYONE SPOIL THE LAND THAT GIVES YOU
FOOD THAT KEEPS YOU ALIVE?
