Stress Management Protocol
• Breathe inhale Ct 6-Hold ct 3-Exhale Ct 6 x3
• Chant OM 3x right hand on abdomen & left hand on heart
• Pranic Healing sensitise Hands-Imagine mini version of
  your self in front sweep from top of head to bottom of feet
  slowly with focus on getting rid of all stress & anxiety. Put
  both hands on sides of your image and focus on peace-
  calm-happiness-love on you Mind body spirit. Inhale ct 6
  hold ct 3 exhale ct 6 loke a big AHH releasing all stress.
• Laughter Laughing Buddha 7 x. Face north hands on
  center of head-tongue out-go up & down while laughing.
• Accupressure
• Affirmation by Louse Hays for Stress
• I use Zyto Bio Scan for quantitative report pre & post, and
  it helps me target the Bio Stressors of the body, and helps
  with finding the right Balancers for specific Stressors.

 Stress management is complex and there is a vast
    option of modalities available to help bring the
body/mind back to a state of balance and well-being.
      Today was a short sample protocol using
 Aromatherapy, Meditation, Chant, Energy Healing,
        Laughter, Accupressure & Affirmation.
