Project Group has become diversified in its business
scope, covering every retail need from printed materi-
als to inclusive global marketing campaigns and store
build outs. We provide solutions across a broad range
of expanding industries while maintaining the same
level of creative, technical and logistical precision that
has been the company’s foundation since its inception.
COMPANY HISTORY
Project Group was founded by Shai Harari who has
over 20 years of experience in the printing industry. In
1995 he opened a studio and printing business in New
York City providing services to top fashion brands. No-
table clients included Calvin Klein, Polo and Izod.
Mr. Harari expanded his business over seas in 2002,
opening European offices and undertaking globally
distributed projects. The company’s capabilities and
offerings expanded along with this growth.
In 2005 the company took a principal step in partnering
with a top Chinese manufacturers in Shenzhen. The
company developed a strong manufacturing network
around this acquisition. Project Group has the founda-
tion to cover every retail manufacturing need and looks
forward to continued growth.
3. PROJECT GREEN
Project group maintains a continuous educational
model to evaluate manufacturing and the environment;
implementing changes accordingly. We offer recycled
materials and have alternative options for companies
seeking environmentally friendly packing methods. Pro-
ject Group is a long-time supporter of the green printing
standardization in China. The company takes the initia-
tive to invest in green printing solutions by using an eco
friendly printing system.
Projects Groups is proud to announce obtaining the
China Environmental Label. Only 60 printing companies
in the country are awarded with the label recognizing
the effort they make in green printing.

provide free technical designs for all of our clients.
SAMPLING
Before the production process begins, a digital proof of
the design is made and checked for accuracy followed
by an actual sample. This step both saves money and
minimizes errors. We make sure to develop a perfect
sample in this step, and are not afraid to do several
sample runs to make sure that everything is just right.

4. ASSEMBLY- PRODUCTION
Once samples are confirmed the production immediate-
ly begins. We supervise the production at all levels of
manufacturing and employ quality control supervisors to
ensure that our products are manufactured to our stand-
ards and specifications.
INSPECTING
Project Group quality-control experts, inspect every sin-
gle item before it leaves the plant.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
The project isn’t finished until it arrives at it’s final desti-
nation. Whether that is a boutique launch or a worldwide
campaign we ensure proper packaging and shipping ac-
cording to time sensitivities and special requirements.
LOGISTICS
Project Group ensures optimum management in the
flow of goods between the point of origin and the point
of destination. Every step from integration of information,
transportation, inventory, warehousing, material han-
dling, packaging, and security are handled with detailed
care.
