 Conduct the pre-production meeting to discuss production planning /
available of accessories and trims or the target. Also advice and discuss
critical quality areas and production issued to be avoiding during bulk
production.
 Coordinate with merchandiser before start the production and collect the
S.O.P file for check the accessories and run the product as per buyer
required standard.
 During Production make the DUPRO (during production report) Reports &
inform to stitching manager to remove all the deviations before present the
final audit.
 Conducts the final audit from stitching depart & if the result is satisfactory
than go-ahead the goods to move it in ware house or dispatched to buyer.
 If the buyer required the third party audit so present the goods to third party
inspector. i.e. TARGET, ITS, SGS, STR, Bureau Veritas,Wal-
Mart,Turner,Kohls,Cristy etc,
