2. Nature of work
SITE ENGINEER:
• Assist the Electrical Engineer in monitoring the Electrical and ELV works for conformance with
the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual.
• In charge of execution and implementing of all Electrical and ELV systems.
• Take the quantity of all Electrical materials as per the drawings for Current and tender
projects.
• Making comparison sheet for material cost.
• Prepare BOQ and Bill of materials for tender projects.
• Prepare material submittal for approval of consultant.
• Prepare shop drawings for consultant approval.
• Reviewing, Approving and processing of material submittals and drawings.
• Co- ordinate with client, consultant and subcontractors.
• Receive/Review /Action Request for Information (RFI) that apply to electrical works.
• Support technical assessment of quality issues and Follow up Non-Conformance, Field
Observation reports of electrical systems.
• Attend site co ordination meeting with project managers / construction managers /
subcontractors
