give their report to the General Manager. Then the general Manager
discuss their report with the Leader. (Principle of Unity of Command).
After the individual discussion, the Meeting time and problem faced by
department is informed by the Leader to all relevant departments. So that
they can prepare their reports for the solutions on time and present it in
the meeting. After discussion with all the department managers, decision
is taken by the Leader mutually.
As no department can work in isolation from the other departments.
Every Decision is taken after discuss with the all departments. (Principle
of Reciprocal Relationship of Factors).
General Manager time to time take the updates from the departments. If
any changes or data required by the department, General manager
discuss with the departments and give the report to the Leader. It will
help to removes their misunderstanding and conflict between
departments or between personnel.(Principle of Continuous Process).
The Effective Communication system is used in the business. The
common language is used by the co-workers so that everyone understand and
there is no lack of communication. The managers and the delivery partners
are free to share the problems faced by them or the changes required in
the organisation which can help to achieve the goal of the organisation.
(Principle of Effective Communication).
