Marietta’s family always
quarrel over watching
television. Her Brother
likes to watch cricket ,
Susan watches songs
Mummy watches news.
Marietta likes to watch
cartoons & Dad likes
football matches. He
says that he can watch
only in the evening. So
finally everyone had to
watch the football match.
TELEVISION IS ONE THING WHICH BRINGS
ALL THE EVENTS TO OUR DRAWING ROOM
• In your home, do people quarrel over
TV, newspaper or anything else?
• Talk about an interesting incident at
home when there was a quarrel over
things.
TELEVISION
Why the difference?
Pratibha is hurrying home from her friend’s house. Her
brothers Sandeep and Sanjay are busy playing round the
corner with their friends. They are in no hurry to go
home. Even if they are late, nobody will scold them.
Pratibha thinks that this is not fair.
Boys can play late in the evening but girls are not
allowed to out side the house late in the evening.
Do u agree ? Why there is one rule for boys and
other for girls? Why it is not same for both?
Boys and Girls are the same they
should have the same set of rules
Pilloo Aunty
Pilloo aunty took Nazu and friends to
the beach. They played in the beach
had a good time. The they
went for a ride on the Gaint Wheel .
Ate bhelpuri, bought balloons and
enjoyed cold kulfis.
The kulfi seller made a mistake in
charging money instead of taking
money for seven kulfis he took money
only for five kulfis . Pilloo aunty was
honest and she called the kulfi seller
and paid the remaining money.
Be Honest
•If you were there in the place of aunty, what would you have

•Is there is any one like Pilloo aunty in your family?
• how many times were you honest?
ALL PEOPLE ARE SAME IRRESPECTIVE OF COLOUR

TREAT EVERY ONE IN THE SAME WAY
IN OLDEN TIMES PEOPLE USED TO BE
DIFFERENTIATED BASED ON CASTE IT IS BAD

grandmother warned him not to drink
even water in Anil’s house?
•What do you think Akshay should do?
What should I do?
Akshay’s grandmother loves him very much. Anil is
Akshay’s good friend.His grandmother likes Anil too, but
one thing that she tells Akshay again and again is that he
should never eat or drink anything at Anil’s house – not
even a glass of water! “They are very different from our
family,” she says.
WHO WILL DECIDE ?
Dhondu comes from a large family. His elder uncle looks after the family matters and
decides who should do what work he never asks about their interests ?
Is this good ?
Will you decide what work you want or your parents say you do that
You should find your interest is in which field and study hard to achieve success in that
field.
Here dhondu wanted to buy a chakki machine as there was no machine in their village
so that he can earn money by using that machine
Chakki it is a machine used for grinding things

DON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO TOUCH AND TALK TO YOU WITH OUT YOUR
PERMISSION .
IF THEY DO SO ASK THEM NOT TO DO IT ,IF THEY DON’T HEAR YOU INFORM
YOUR PARENTS ABOUT IT
YOUR BODY IS YOU PROPERTY IT IS NOT FOR OTHERS TO TOUCH AND PLAY
IF YOU EVER FEEL THA SOME PERSON KEEPS TOUCHING YOU ALWAYS EVEN
AFTER SAYING DON’T DO , AVOID GOING TO HIM/HER AND INFORM TO
YOUR FRIENDS /TEACHERS /PARENTS

  • 2. Marietta’s family always quarrel over watching television. Her Brother likes to watch cricket , Susan watches songs Mummy watches news. Marietta likes to watch cartoons & Dad likes football matches. He says that he can watch only in the evening. So finally everyone had to watch the football match.
  • 3. TELEVISION IS ONE THING WHICH BRINGS ALL THE EVENTS TO OUR DRAWING ROOM • In your home, do people quarrel over TV, newspaper or anything else? • Talk about an interesting incident at home when there was a quarrel over things. TELEVISION
  • 4. Why the difference? Pratibha is hurrying home from her friend’s house. Her brothers Sandeep and Sanjay are busy playing round the corner with their friends. They are in no hurry to go home. Even if they are late, nobody will scold them. Pratibha thinks that this is not fair. Boys can play late in the evening but girls are not allowed to out side the house late in the evening. Do u agree ? Why there is one rule for boys and other for girls? Why it is not same for both? Boys and Girls are the same they should have the same set of rules
  • 5. Pilloo Aunty Pilloo aunty took Nazu and friends to the beach. They played in the beach had a good time. The they went for a ride on the Gaint Wheel . Ate bhelpuri, bought balloons and enjoyed cold kulfis. The kulfi seller made a mistake in charging money instead of taking money for seven kulfis he took money only for five kulfis . Pilloo aunty was honest and she called the kulfi seller and paid the remaining money. Be Honest •If you were there in the place of aunty, what would you have done? •Is there is any one like Pilloo aunty in your family? • how many times were you honest?

ALL PEOPLE ARE SAME IRRESPECTIVE OF COLOUR CREED CASTE TREAT EVERY ONE IN THE SAME WAY IN OLDEN TIMES PEOPLE USED TO BE DIFFERENTIATED BASED ON CASTE IT IS BAD •Why do you think Akshay’s grandmother warned him not to drink even water in Anil’s house? •What do you think Akshay should do? What should I do? Akshay’s grandmother loves him very much. Anil is Akshay’s good friend.His grandmother likes Anil too, but one thing that she tells Akshay again and again is that he should never eat or drink anything at Anil’s house – not even a glass of water! “They are very different from our family,” she says.
  • 7. WHO WILL DECIDE ? Dhondu comes from a large family. His elder uncle looks after the family matters and decides who should do what work he never asks about their interests ? Is this good ? Will you decide what work you want or your parents say you do that You should find your interest is in which field and study hard to achieve success in that field. Here dhondu wanted to buy a chakki machine as there was no machine in their village so that he can earn money by using that machine Chakki it is a machine used for grinding things
  • 8. I DON’T LIKE IT DON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO TOUCH AND TALK TO YOU WITH OUT YOUR PERMISSION . IF THEY DO SO ASK THEM NOT TO DO IT ,IF THEY DON’T HEAR YOU INFORM YOUR PARENTS ABOUT IT YOUR BODY IS YOU PROPERTY IT IS NOT FOR OTHERS TO TOUCH AND PLAY IF YOU EVER FEEL THA SOME PERSON KEEPS TOUCHING YOU ALWAYS EVEN AFTER SAYING DON’T DO , AVOID GOING TO HIM/HER AND INFORM TO YOUR FRIENDS /TEACHERS /PARENTS
