Food Technologist with 2 years plus experience in food Industry. I have developed my skills in Food Safety and Quality Assurance field , having experience of handling Total Quality Management of Raw materials, Vendor Site and Internal Auditing, making extensive audit report, SAP transactions, Certified in HACCP fundamentals and risk assessment, background in allergen management and factory experience.
