19. Objectives Develop a versatile network of YM+ organisations across Europe and strengthen YM+'s self organisation on all levels to promote the inclusion of the platform in mainstream organisations.
20. Objectives Develop a common understanding of the social, economic, political, cultural and environmental situation challenges by YM+ living in Europe.
21. Objectives Advocate and promote YM+ rights in Europe, especially in the field of health, education, employment, citizenship and participation.
22. Objectives Change public perspectives on YM+ by targeting the non-migrant populations, in particular through intercultural dialogue, cooperation with youth organisations, voluntary organisations and the media.
23. Objectives Build the capacity of the platform and of the organisations involved to develop and strengthen strategies relating to the empowerment, mobilisation, participation and self-organisation of YM+ at all levels, whilst advocating for equal opportunities, democratic and active participation.
24. Objectives Develop common projects aimed at improving the rights of YM+ in Europe to foster development in the countries of origin.
