NEFT – RTGS Mode For Collection
Bank will open a Pool a/c of Merchant for inward NEFT/RTGS collections for Merchant.

Further, Bank will be doing SERVER to SERVER integration with Merchant website to

NEFT – RTGS Mode Of Collection-
Process Flow
1. Customer will go to Merchant website and select “ Online payment”
2. After selecting Online Payment, Customer will fill the details online and submit them.
3. After submitting details, the registration/application number will be generated.
4. Once registration/application number is generated, the student will be shown following payment
modes.
• Online Payment Gateway (Credit / Debit / Net Banking)
• NEFT / RTGS
• Cash Deposit at Bank Branch
5. On selecting NEFT- RTGS, Customer will take print out of application/challan form and will login to the
internet banking site of the bank in which he has an account. He can also visit the branch and submit the
instruction for NEFT / RTGS.
6. Bank will do a NEFT-RTGS to Bank’s Pool account of Merchant.
7. Bank will push payment received details along with registration details to Merchant server via API.

Cash collection-Process Flow
1. Customer will go to Merchant website and select “ Online payment”
2. After selecting Online Payment, Customer will fill the details online and submit them.
3. After submitting details, the registration /application number will be generated.
4. On selecting Cash Collection, customer will take a print out of the application form and will go to
the nearest bank branch.
5. customer will deposit the cash to Bank branch and Bank will transfer amount to Bank’s Pool account
of Merchant.
6. Bank will push the payment received details along with registration number to Merchant server via
API.

Server to Server Integration
This feature will help merchants to increase response rate during transaction or updating of
transaction details on almost real-time basis.
Bank will post response to merchant server along with browser response for all transactions in
real time for Payment Gateway transactions & offline depending on frequency agreed by
merchant for NEFT / RTGS / Cash Collection.
Bank will post transaction amount, date of transactions, status, Transaction ref. Number and
name of customer as response parameters.
Merchant will send an acknowledgement for server to server response. Incase server to server
response is not received by the bank after three consecutive response from merchant side, then
the Bank will send an email to the merchant for such transactions where the acknowledgement is
not received as per agreed frequency.
Merchant will take action on email received from Bank & will either refund transactions or
accept the transaction.

MIS
Server to Server Integration: Updation of Merchant server instantaneously as well as
at fixed intervals.
Bank will provide MIS of collections in a comprehensive manner to Merchant in the
required format.
MIS will include complete details such as Name of Customer, Registration Number,
Amount, Date of payment, etc.
Bank will provide Real time access panel to Merchant where in the officials will be
able to download the transaction reports.

Settlement Cycle
Customer account will be getting debited in real-time and money gets credited
to internal account of the respective Bank on ‘T’day.
Respective bank sends the money to the Nodal account on’ T’+1 Working day
along with reconciliation files where ‘T ‘is the transaction day.
SafexPay system does reconciliation with reconciliation file received from
respective banks and generates reports of the same.
SafexPay settles the money into the respective merchant’s bank account on T+2
working days through the SafexPay Nodal account.
