9. My View of the Market


2013 ended the year with a 9.7% increase in total
sales. (Boulder County, single family and attached
dwellings).
Inventory, or lack thereof, continues to be a
challenge. At the end of December there were just
886 total available listings on the market (single
family and condos). This is down from 1300 at the
end of September.
