These positive affirmations help you accept and welcome your emotions rather than trying to suppress or hide them. When you accept your feelings you can then release and let go of them. Our goal is not to push our emotions down inside where they can fester but to heal ourselves by letting them go
2. How to Use Positive Affirmations
Say the affirmation out loud the first time you read it.
Repeat it 3 times
Repeat the affirmation or series of affirmations at least 3 times during the day.
Say the affirmations with conviction, belief and as if they have already happened.
The more you repeat the affirmation the more powerful it becomes.

onto an index card and carry them
