To whom it may concern
I am writing to confirm that Nico Swart worked at the Duke of Gloucester in Taradale
for approximately 18months.
Nico was originally employed as part time bar person/waiter and worked his way up to
Duty Manager and then Restaurant Manager. Nico’s duties included waiting tables,
serving drinks, taking bookings and helping set up for larger function groups,
delivering meals, till work, cash handling, managing the staff in the restaurant.
In the time that Nico was working here I found him to be very honest, reliable and
hard working. I found him to have very good communication skills.
He was always willing to help where ever it was needed and was always available if
anyone called in sick.
