- Our first responsability, as manufacturers, is to deliver a safe product Hardware must be safe, for itself (anti collision) and for other (anti pinch) Software must be safe and secure regarding the hardware Second point is people’s safety: we cannot let them take any risk. It’s impossible to prevent everything from happening, but we have to do our best for that Monitoring people taking their medication, call for help Tele-presence, go and check for you. Video feedbacks
