Minimum Computer Requirements for Software
Processor: Minimum of 2.5 Ghz or faster Intel Pentium Dual Core or Quad PC; AMD
Athlon Dual Core or Quad PC (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 GB of RAM.
Hard Drive: 250GB or greater.
Network Card: 10/100/1000 network card.
Monitor: 19" monitor with a minimum resolution of 1140x990 or better (1680x1050 is
ideal) - touch screen is optional.
Internet Connection: High speed such as cable, DSL or fractional T1 with at least 2MB
download speed and 1MB upload speed. If internet connection is wireless, must have at
least 802.11 G/A/N or higher with WPA-2 or higher encryption.
Computer Recommendation for Optimal Speed
Processor: Intel Core i3 or i5 with 6-8 GB of RAM.
Hard Drive: 500GB or greater.
Network Card: 10/100/1000 ethernet
Operating System: Windows 8 or Windows 7 64Bit operating system (Home Premium or

● When finished, please do not close the page. Follow the instructions on attached sheet to
open your user access accounts "licenses" to the cloud. I would recommend opening all 5,
you do not have to assign them.

*Note: VitaLogics subscription does include a 6 month subscription. We do not charge you additional for client advocate and customization
support during the first 6 months or ongoing. Post 6 months, it is our job to keep you happy with your software and effecient in practice and
you will be on a month to month contract. VitaLogics retention rate with over 1K users is 93%.
The 7% that fell off were due simply not implementing any of the processes post purchase. Technology works if you use it.
6. Pro Versus Platinum Package
VitaLogics Pro and Platinum Subscription Monthly packages come with 5 consecutive access licenses to
the cloud, unlimited support, backups, updates, all the functionality shown through demo process including
Google text/email reminder integration.
VitaLogics Integrates with Forte and Heartland Merchant Processing Companies. You will get full details
of both options in the on boarding process.

VitaLogics Platinum- $379/month (only $90 more)

series (you do not need to have your own infusionsoft account)
** You will be charged an Industry LOW one time free of $397 for installation, training and client advocate
program when you purchase.
** You can upgrade and downgrade between subscription packages at any time (even during the 6 month
initial contract term)
7. Contact Information
Once complete, Liz Mertz, Director of Support and Training, will reach out to schedule the initial
installation and phase I of your VitaLogics EMR Chiropractic software training. The process from
purchase to having the software accessible on your computer could take up to 48 business hours. I have
seen clinics that apply and use the training and are up and running in no time and at all and I have worked
with clinics that have delayed the process beyond the initial 6 months. It all determines the pace at which
you want to work.
