• Absence of platform in India where Employers and Recruiters can connect

• All existing portals are platforms for Employers and Job-seekers, and do
not provide any benefit or value to Recruiters.
• emPhi feels that Recruiters play a very important role in the recruitment
process and there is a need for dedicated services which leverage their

How is emPhi different from Job Portals?
emPhi Job Portal
A direct and dedicated service for Recruiters and Companies, a B2B Service.
A mixed platform for job seekers, employers and recruiters in disguise
(sometimes as job seekers & sometimes as companies), a B2C service.
Employers just need to hire a top Recruiter in the Marketplace & let the
Recruiter filter resumes suited to a particular vacancy.
Employer needs to do the tedious task of going through profiles of job
seekers to fill a specific vacancy or get inundated with unsuitable and
duplicate job applications
Employer scan check the credits of a Recruiter, past vacancies filled and the
ratings.
The employer can’t right away trust a good user profile or recruiter found
on the Job Portal.
Employers get access to a dedicated vacancy management system for the
Internal HR Team to manage all their vacancies.

What are the Pricings ?
When a recruiter makes a successful placement, emPhi will keep 20% of the
recruitment fees and deliver 80% to the successful Recruiter.
In this scenario emPhi will offer a time-limited guarantee to employers, and
hence recruiter payment will only be deposited in their accounts at the end of
this period (60 days)

People Behind emPhi
Sanjay Govil | Co-founder
Sanjay has more than three decades of International Business and IT experience
spanning diverse industries. He has extensive experience of managing large and
complex Technology projects and has held leadership positions in the Corporate
Sector, handled Profit Centre responsibilities as well as run his own IT services
business.
Sanjay has many awards and accolades to his credit, including being named the ‘Indian CTO/CIO of
the year’ by the CTO Forum and Network Computing Magazine in 2004. Sanjay is a gold medallist
from IIT BHU, Varanasi and holds a Diploma in Business from the Graduate Business School,
Auckland University, New Zealand.
He is a respected opinion leader within the IT fraternity in India and has been regularly featured in
media interviews, panel discussions and case studies relating to Strategic IT issues.

Nikhil Rishi | Co-founder
Nikhil is a Computer Science engineer and an entrepreneur at heart who started
his first venture while in college at the age of 21. He has over 4 years experience in
developing and implementing enterprise collaborative solutions in the Internet and
Mobile space.
His passion for Internet technologies, including cloud-solutions, digital & social media
marketing, user experience design and eCommerce are the driving force behind emPhi.
In his school days Nikhil used to do Radio Shows on AIR and video advertisements on local TV
channels. He was the Managing Editor of a Technical Newsletter and led a team of 20 people. He
learned the basics of marketing while doing fund gathering campaigns in local market for his college
events.
