 Stool analysis or coprology is a
lab test of a stool or fecal
specimen to identify infection
in the alimentary canal.

 No special preparation needed.
 Specimen can be collected by patient.
 A special stool containers are needed.
 Samples should not be collected in
unrelmiable materials like leaves.
 Rarely a swab may be used to get sample.
