CRITERIA YES NO
1 Are the questions on the subject?
2 Are the questions perfectly clear and unambiguous?
3 Do the questions get at something stable, well-considered, non-superficial and
non-ephemeral but something which is typical of the individual or of
the situation?
4 Do the questions pull or have extractive power that is… it will be respondents
to by a large enough proportion of respondents?
5 Do the responses shown reasonable range of variation?
6 Is the information obtained consistent? Does it agree with what is known?
7 Are the items sufficiently inclusive?
8 Is there a possibility of using an external criterion to evaluate the
questionnaire?
