Sverige ligger i framkant vad det gäller att införa ett mer hållbart
samhälle.
Vi måste sälja in hur beslutsprocessen, ECO Governance ,har gått
till. Hur bygger vi hängrännor.
Frigöra den kunskap som är inlåst i den kommunala sektorn.
Detta håller nu på att förbättras och det finns nu dokumenterat hur
Hammarby Sjöstad (SWECO) Borlänge och Linköping utvecklat sina
systemlösningar och hur detta har drivits på av myndighets- och
politiska krav.
Att förklara dessa processer är nödvändigt för att vi ska kunna
övertyga utländska intressenter varför systemlösningar är bäst i ett
långsiktigt hållbarhetsperspektiv. Därför kommer det att tas fram
lättförståliga beskrivningar av den här processen inom ett antal olika
områden.
Vi bör också ta reda på hur beslutsprocessen går till i andra länder
