Nugroho Wicaksono atau Nugroho ialah seorang trainer dan coach yang concern pada
sales dan pengembangan diri. Dia mulai aktif sebagai trainer dalam berbagai pelatihan
kelas publik, pelatihan kelas inhouse, dan fasilitator outbound sejak tahun 2011 hingga
sekarang.
Mendapat gelar Sarjana Teknik Industri dari Institut Teknologi Nasional Bandung
jurusan Teknik Industri kemudian memperoleh Magister Manajemen Manajemen
Sumber Daya Manusia dari Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta.
Berpengalaman memberi banyak pelatihan yang mengedukasi, memotivasi, dan
menghibur dalam setiap sesi pelatihan penjualan (selling dan sales people) serta
seputar pengembangan dan peningkatan potensi diri karyawan-karyawan di
perusahaan.
Saat ini menjadi Associate Trainer lembaga pelatihan dan konsultan, yaitu PT SSCOM
Consulting dan lembaga lain. Ia merupakan Member of The Society of NLP®, Member
of Trainer Club Indonesia (TCI), dan Member of Indonesia NLP Society (INLP).
Dia adalah seorang trainer yang telah mendapat Lisensi Internasional Practitioner of
NLP® from Dr. Richard Bandler, Co-Creator NLP®, USA (The Society of NLP® and Dr.
Richard Bandler), Certified Practitioner of Communication Skill (Sinergy Lintas Batas),
Mastering Self Actualization / Training for Coaching (INLP), dan certified coach dari
NLP Coaching Association.
Bukunya bertema Selling baru saja dipublish September 2015 oleh Elex Media (Group
Kompas Gramedia) dengan judul 60 SMART SELLING.
Pengalaman sebagai professional employee pernah dilakuinya dari seorang salesman
di perusahaan otomotif (Suzuki), perbankan swasta (Bank Danamon), serta supervisor
sales di perusahaan media penerbitan (Grasindo) dan surat kabar (Kompas Gramedia)
hingga dipercaya menduduki posisi manajer sales di konsultan dan pelatihan di
Bandung telah cukup banyak membekalinya dan terus meningkatkan kemampuannya
sebagai trainer & motivator penjualan (sales) dan pengembangan diri.

  • 2. Nugroho Wicaksono atau Nugroho ialah seorang trainer dan coach yang concern pada sales dan pengembangan diri. Dia mulai aktif sebagai trainer dalam berbagai pelatihan kelas publik, pelatihan kelas inhouse, dan fasilitator outbound sejak tahun 2011 hingga sekarang. Mendapat gelar Sarjana Teknik Industri dari Institut Teknologi Nasional Bandung jurusan Teknik Industri kemudian memperoleh Magister Manajemen Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dari Universitas Budi Luhur Jakarta. Berpengalaman memberi banyak pelatihan yang mengedukasi, memotivasi, dan menghibur dalam setiap sesi pelatihan penjualan (selling dan sales people) serta seputar pengembangan dan peningkatan potensi diri karyawan-karyawan di perusahaan. Saat ini menjadi Associate Trainer lembaga pelatihan dan konsultan, yaitu PT SSCOM Consulting dan lembaga lain. Ia merupakan Member of The Society of NLP®, Member of Trainer Club Indonesia (TCI), dan Member of Indonesia NLP Society (INLP). Dia adalah seorang trainer yang telah mendapat Lisensi Internasional Practitioner of NLP® from Dr. Richard Bandler, Co-Creator NLP®, USA (The Society of NLP® and Dr. Richard Bandler), Certified Practitioner of Communication Skill (Sinergy Lintas Batas), Mastering Self Actualization / Training for Coaching (INLP), dan certified coach dari NLP Coaching Association. Bukunya bertema Selling baru saja dipublish September 2015 oleh Elex Media (Group Kompas Gramedia) dengan judul 60 SMART SELLING. Pengalaman sebagai professional employee pernah dilakuinya dari seorang salesman di perusahaan otomotif (Suzuki), perbankan swasta (Bank Danamon), serta supervisor sales di perusahaan media penerbitan (Grasindo) dan surat kabar (Kompas Gramedia) hingga dipercaya menduduki posisi manajer sales di konsultan dan pelatihan di Bandung telah cukup banyak membekalinya dan terus meningkatkan kemampuannya sebagai trainer & motivator penjualan (sales) dan pengembangan diri.
