POSITION SUMMARY: 
· Responsible for leading the factory Industrial Performance team to 
drive improvement projects through application of Packages

· Coordinate factory productivity agenda and deliver against total 
productivity and cost deliverables on corporate level

eliminate all forms of waste. Waste reduction projects should be

process to reduce losses in all areas of reliability, cost, quality, safety,
delivery and morale.

- Provide visibility as needed to progress against key objectives and 
saving projects 
- Provide accurate and timely project progress and results tracking 
- Lead advanced problem solving teams as assigned 
- Coach project leaders to build capability, deliver cost savings, and
