- 5. Public education campaign to promote the benefits of a healthy competition in the markets, towards privates and consumers, as well as its impact over economic and social development. Awareness is mostly raised by making direct contact with different population sectors, using a creative and positive approach, and departing from the Illustrated Competition Law content.

- 11. • Direct contact with 4,900 citizens in 39 events (21 puppet shows, 8 short film screening, 10 educational presentations). • 4,463 Illustrated Competition Laws and 1,806 coloring books were provided to attendees. • SC Trivia: 54, 340 entries, including more tan 300 players (4 prizes raffled) (October 2016-May 2017)

- 13. • Making the most of staff talents: Involving the staff of the competition agency significantly reduces costs. • The power of alternative or creative methods to convey specialized knowledge might be underestimated. • Know the targets and carefully design a coherent strategy. • Metrics and quick reviews are convenient to detect and apply changes (“on the move”), to consider future improvements, and to design a future course of action.
