We discovered a problem
No Nigerian campus can provide their students with school maps, let alone
visitors and new intakes. In fact most of the schools don't event have
detailed map in existence and Google map does not have detailed maps of
Nigerian campus. So students and visitors tend to encounter difficulties
navigating Nigeria campuses.

The students don’t even see the need for maps so, no one is ready to pay
for maps of their various campuses.

We were sure of two things, if we can give them detailed maps of their
schools, they will see the need for it, navigate easily and this will gradually
instill a map reading culture.

The challeges
To create printed maps for the universities, we have to map all campuses on
site with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology, Since Google
maps could not help with the details.

We approached a couple of organisations to help sponsor the project i.e
create, design and distribute the maps to students in various Nigerian
universities... They all turned us down. NO ONE WAS READY TO INVEST
IN AN IDEA THAT WAS YET TO BE TESTED.

The breakthrough
So we decided to merge two needs to create a product:
Ÿ Student’s need to navigate and fine new places on
Ÿ Brands’ need to engage and communicate to the youth market


Today, we have successfully deployed
Campus Navigator maps on 9 Nigerian
universities and about to deploy 18 more
campuses within the next six months.
