Required skills:
 Experience in team management (PM, team lead, other)
 Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
 Business oriented and systematic mindset
 Understanding of development & QA process, quality standards, and quality-driven approaches
 Experience in setup and support workflow processes
 Ability to adapt to the complex project in short terms
 High verbal and written communication skills
 Upper-intermediate English level
Would be a plus:
 Experience in automated testing
Responsibilities:
 Leading QA team to meet product goals
 Resource planning and allocation for QA team
 Team priority management
 Organize and control QA processes: develop test strategies, test plans, and their execution
 Individual career development
 Managing guidance, trainings and coaching to QA team
 Team support on solving problems
 Organization of team activities
 Introducing best practices, industry standards to the workflow
 Interviewing new hires
