2. What resides in your gut?
• Grinding mechanism to pulverise your food
• Digestive enzymes to reduce the food to
useful particles
• A Microbiome that has a population >3x the
number of cells making up your body
• A second brain bigger than the one
in your head!
3. The Beginning & The
End!
• The cause of virtually ALL Disease and
• The SOLUTION to virtually ALL Disease
–LIE HERE
4. We Eat On The Run!
• We fail to chew our food properly, develop indigestion
and cut the acid off the stomach – WRONG THING TO
DO!
• Without the acid, we ferment rather than digest
• We don’t produce enough enzymes to break down food,
leading to:
o Malabsorption
o Food Allergies
o Raging INFLAMMATION
5. We have a whole colony
of Living organisms within
us (in the gut) called a
MICROBIOME
6. What is a Microbiome?
A microbiome is "the ecological community
of commensal, symbiotic, and pathogenic
microorganisms that literally share our body
space”.
Wikipedia
7. What is a Microbiome?
These bacteria, trillions of them, interact
with us closely every second of every
day. They support digestion, help us to
produce enzymes and vitamins and
stop our immune system being overrun
by crazy invaders, including cancer
cells!
8. The Enteric Nervous
System
Structurally and neurochemically, a
second brain, the enteric nervous
system (ENS), is remarkably brain-like,
both structurally and
functionally.
9. The Enteric Nervous
System
The ENS is a vast chemical warehouse
whereby every class of
neurotransmitter found within the
mainframe cerebral brain is
represented in the second brain.
Consider that 95% of the
body's serotonin is made
in the bowel!
10. SEROTONIN
This is your “feel good” hormone. Your
mental “game changer”. If you don’t
have enough, depression is absolutely
certain! And while they are treating you
for depression and maybe a whole
range of
“mental issues”, maybe all
they need to do is
“clean out your gut”!
11. Fire in the Belly
We have not even mentioned
INFLAMMATION yet! It generates a
raging fire in the gut that leads to all
sorts of disease profiles. Mostly
comes from food you should not
even be eating! Are you aware
that some people should not
even touch wheat? Yet grains
are supposed to be good for you!
12. Every disease that we know today
has a factor of Inflammation in it.
Protect yourself from disease!

Sections
Sections can help to organize your slides or facilitate collaboration between multiple authors. On the Home tab, under Slides, click Section, and then click Add Section.
Notes
Use the Notes pane for delivery notes or to provide additional details for the audience. You can see these notes in Presenter View during your presentation.
Keep in mind the font size (important for accessibility, visibility, videotaping, and online production)
Coordinated colors
Pay particular attention to the graphs, charts, and text boxes.
Consider that attendees will print in black and white or grayscale. Run a test print to make sure your colors work when printed in pure black and white and grayscale.
Graphics, tables, and graphs
Keep it simple: If possible, use consistent, non-distracting styles and colors.
Label all graphs and tables.
What is the project about?
Define the goal of this project
Is it similar to projects in the past or is it a new effort?
Define the scope of this project
Is it an independent project or is it related to other projects?
* Note that this slide is not necessary for weekly status meetings
* If any of these issues caused a schedule delay or need to be discussed further, include details in next slide.
Duplicate this slide as necessary if there is more than one issue.
This and related slides can be moved to the appendix or hidden if necessary.
What are the dependencies that affect the timeline, cost, and output of this project?
