Mr. Gangotri Ram Tripathi, District and Session Judge
Begusarai, Bihar has admitted this fact in his RTI reply
dated 20.09.2017 addressed to the Registrar, Administration,
Patna High Court that both the cases 9P/2010 under domestic
violence Act and CRIMINAL CASE COMPLAINT (P) 5591/2013 under
498A registered under CJM Division Begusarai are interlinked
to each other.

domestic violence Act by the court of Mr. Atul Kumar Pathak,
1st Class Judicial Magistrate.
2. N.B.W dated 08.09.2011 u/s 83 Cr.Pc. issued in case no.
CRIMINAL CASE COMPLAINT (P) 5591/2013 under 498A, 323 IPC,
u/s ¾ Dowry prohibitions Act by the SDJM court no.16.

Begusarai, Bihar has also admitted this fact in his RTI
reply no. 4036 dated 20.09.2017 addressed to the Registrar
Administration, Patna High Court that order of issuance of
N.B.W was passed on 08.09.2011 and order for issuance for
proclamation u/s 82 Cr.Pc. dated 16.09.2014 and process u/s
83 Cr.Pc. have been passed by SDJM court Begusarai.

Begusarai, Bihar further reiterates that N.BW is itself
order of arrest. Accused person s neither surrendered suo-
motto nor brought by the Police as yet.
Reply of Complainant to C.J.M and District Judge Begusarai
dated 02.10.2017 was sent through email and the same has
been filed through RTI dated 22.04.2018 which in turn has
been transferred by Mr. Kishore Prasad, Registrar (Judicial)
Patna High Court vide Memo No. 47138 dated 30.06.2018 to
C.J.M Begusarai which has not been replied back by C.J.M
Begusarai as yet.
Supreme Court of India has given clean chit to the State of
Bihar and Others by its Order dated 21.10.2016 in Writ
Petition (Criminal) 136 of 2016.
Complainant will never approach Patna High Court for
quashing of CRIMINAL CASE COMPLAINT (P) 5591/2013 pending
under your judicature at Begusarai Court.
Om Prakash Poddar and his deceased mother Late Srmt. Asha
Rani Devi is respondent in this case and two N.B.W dated
25.08.2010 and 08.09.2011 still exists against them for
execution at SP Begusarai office.
That Son of Late Srmt. Asha Rani Devi has stayed at his
mother's residence Vill. Sonaili, P.S. Kadwa, Distt. Katihar
w.e.f. 04.02.2019 to 18.03.2019 after her suspicious death
on 11.11.2017, yet no execution of order dated 08.09.2011
and no arrest by your subordinate court Begusarai Bihar.

That the survivor son will again visit her mother place
under your jurisdiction in couple of months therefore either
direct to arrest him or to quash the CRIMINAL CASE COMPLAINT
(P) 5591/2013 pending under your judicature at Begusarai
Court.
Moreover, Supreme Court of India has refused to entertain a
case of Planned Judicial murder, refused to constitute a
Commission of judicial inquiry and refused to direct Police
Commissioner of Delhi to register an F.I.R against the main
accused Rtd. Justice S.B Sinha of Supreme Court of India and
his associate Praveen Kumar of Indian Defense Account
Service by its Order dated 07.12.2018 in case no. M.A. NO.
2836 OF 2018 IN MISC. APPLN. D.NO. 22539 OF 2018 IN WRIT
PETITION (CRIMINAL) D.NO. 2188 OF 2017 filed against Union
of India and others by us.
