What is a personalized email?
An email containing specific information meant for the receiver
E.g. 1. User’s performance and business reports
2. Specific information meant for customers (offers, schemes, order status)
Why do you need a specific tool for this?
Let’s say you want to share performance report to 2000 of your company employees. How will you
create 2000 emails with individual’s data and detailed reports. That’s where ‘Kennect’s flo’ will be
useful.
Can you not use excel macros/ mail merge tools?
Mail merge only allows you to replace texts with specific information. It does not allow to create detailed
reports with tables and charts.
Configuring personalized emails through Macros is cumbersome and the receiver has to have excel to
be able to open it.
Kennect will embed reports in the email and can be easily opened on mobile emails also

Do I have to pay for it?
We are providing this service for free for a limited usage for which we have given 500 free emails to
every new account using which you can try the solution for yourself
In case you want to continue to try this, you can request more credits from the application and we
would be happy to give more free credits to your account
Why is this free?
Up-to a certain number of emails per month per account will always be free.

1. Sign up/Login
To get started,
simply sign up by
clicking here or by
simply typing

• You can also login with

2. New Message

• To create new message,
click on Compose New
• Else, If you have saved
templates, you can
choose any of them to
quickly create your
personalized messages

3. Upload files

• You need to upload your data
files in CSV format
• CSV format files can be created
by simply saving excel files in
“Commo Delimited” format
• Ensure that each file contains
headers and a column which
identifies the receiver uniquely
• Upon upload, select the
identifier column which could
be employee code/id column
from the file

4. Tables/Graphs elements

• You can very simply insert
elements like the images on
the left in your email content
with personal information from
the uploaded files
• Go to graph/ table and click on
‘+’ icon to select the columns
and add required data to
create the configuration
• Simply click on the “Id” of the
element (G1, T1) to insert it
into the content

5. Add Receivers, subject and sender name

• You must upload one file containing identifier of recipient and their email Ids
• Choose that file and select the column containing email from that file in the
“To” section
• Add “subject” and “sender name” of the email

6. Create content

• Create the body of the email
with
• Common Text
• Text markers to add
personal info like name or
any other data point
• Elements like Graphs and
tables
• You can also modify the format
of text and add links/url in the
email by using our editor

7. Preview and Submit
• You should check the preview before
sending the emails and go back and edit if
any changes needs to be done
• You can either send the emails immediately
or schedule it for later
• If you want to create a similar messages in
future, you should save the template so
that next time all you have to do is upload
latest data files to create the message
• Click on Submit to send the messages
