Have you ever tried tofind a favorite company, brand, or nonprofit organization on Facebook, only to be disappointed?That’s happening less and less now. In a Cone research study, 93% of social media users believea company should have a presence in social media, while 85% believe a company should not onlybe present but also interact with its consumers via social media. 56% of users said they felt both astronger connection with and were better served by companies when they can interact with themin a social media environment.
