times when my great grandfather Wilhelm Swarovski, an avid
amateur astronomer, decided more than 60 years ago to build
his own improved binoculars "to be closer to the stars".

The hawk depicted on SWAROVSKI OPTIK binoculars is
something of a signet to us reminding us every day that only
a masterpiece may be awarded with this symbol.
My colleagues and I make sure that everyone buying an
EL SWAROVISION binocular will become the owner of 100 %
controlled quality. Every single piece is checked according to
precisely defined optical and mechanical parameters. Only
binoculars that are absolutely perfect will get a C mark in my
final report along with my initials, which is another way of saying
"checked".
Once, there was a visitor taking a tour of our company who
remarked upon watching this quality control procedure: "It is this
C that makes us so happy as a user", a statement that made me
happy.

HD OPTICS
Highly innovative optics design combined with fluoride-
containing HD lenses minimise interfering colour fringing.
This enables maximum colour fidelity and leads to a significant
improvement in resolution and contrast. This translates into
an even more lifelike and high-contrast image. During target
identification, it is the hidden details of the game observed
that make the difference.
FIELD FLATTENER
This type of image definition has never been achieved before
in any other binocular. The field flattener lenses create a
virtually even image. The finest structures and smallest
details are reproduced with perfect contrast right up to the
image periphery, enabling the observer to enjoy, for the first
time, a perfect image without any distortion. Peripheral
definition allows for comfortable observation across the entire
field of view resulting in perfect comprehension of difficult
situations right up to the edge of the image, even at twilight.

EL SWAROVISION features a larger exit pupil distance than
other binoculars, allowing spectacle wearers a full, wide-
angle field of view and the opportunity to enjoy the inimitable
peripheral definition of EL SWAROVISION.
The removable twist-in eyecups are individually adjustable in
four stages. In addition to the maximum position (completely
twisted out) and the setting for spectacle wearers (completely
twisted in), the eyecups also have two snap-in intermediate
stages.
OPTIMISED COATING
The enhanced lens and prism coatings (SWARODUR,
SWAROTOP, SWAROBRIGHT) of the EL SWAROVISION family
of binoculars give noticeably better colour reproduction
combined with even greater transmission.
This allows for more impressive experiences while observing,
even at twilight. The SWAROCLEAN coating on the outer
surface of the lens provides a non-stick effect, making it
easier to clean away impurities such as water marks, insect
repellents or tree resin.
