4. MANAGEMENT TEAM
DAVID A. TERRY, Ph.D., P.Geo., CEO and President: Dr. Terry has over 20 twenty years of international experience
in the natural resource sector with major and junior resource companies. He has worked on a wide range of
commodities with a focus on exploration and development of precious and base metal deposits in North and South
America. Dr. Terry specializes in public company and international projects management, advanced project
evaluation, acquisitions, as well as design and implementation of exploration programs. Dr. Terry formerly held
positions with companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco
Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation as well as spent several years with the British Columbia Ministry of
Energy and Mines. He has also been a senior executive and a Director of a number of publicly-listed and private
resource-focused companies. Most recently, he was a Senior VP Exploration of Golden Arrow Resources
Corporation.
CARLOS E. PACHECO, Vice President Exploration: Mr. Pacheco is a geologist with almost 20 years of experience
in exploration, development and operations, with major Mexican mining and Canadian junior companies. He also has
significant experience managing community relations and business development activities in the mining sector
PAUL HABER, CA, Chief Financial Officer: Mr. Haber is a CA and a CPA with a significant amount of public
company experience. Over the last seven years, Mr. Haber has helped build a number of companies at the CFO

bank based in Toronto. He has over 15 years of international business experience, extensive experience as a founder,

MICHAEL R. SMITH, Director: Mr. Smith is a geologist with significant international mining operations experience. Mr.
Smith has served as Chief Mine Geologist for Barrick Gold Corp. at the Gold Strike Mine in Nevada. He subsequently
became General Manager of Exploration and Development for Barrick Gold in South America.
Mr. Smith has managed the design and operational aspects of engineering geology and has been involved in all
aspects of ore reserve calculations and block modeling
CHRIS MARCUS, Director: Mr. Marcus is the CEO and founder of Fyre Marketing LLC, a marketing and investor
relations firm specializing in establishing long-term strategic relationships with companies identified as having

HENRY TSE, Director: Mr. Tse is a CA who has chaired audit committees of several public companies and has served
as a CFO of several public companies
ROSALIND WILSON, Director: Ms. Wilson represents the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) in Mexico and is the
former President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Mexico. Ms. Wilson was the President of the Mexican
Canadian Mining Task Force. She is currently on the Executive Committee of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in
Mexico and a Special advisor to the Executive Committee and the Mining Task Force. Ms. Wilson was appointed Co-
Chair of the Trade, Investment, and Innovation Working Group for the CMP (Canada Mexico Partnership). She is also
