4. The Five (5) Senses

5. Sight
The venue will have an “old world charm” look. Very rustic and vintage
blending in elements of old Italian bistros and colonial Trinidad. A mélange
of Italian style in terms of décor, foods and perhaps beverages and
Trinidad and Tobago/Caribbean music and entertainment. This would be a
great way of exposing both locals and foreigners, if any to both cultures
hence creating global and cultural enlightenment.
7. Sound
Sound is an important element since it can
either make or break any event and set to tone
and mood for what is to follow with evening’s
proceedings. Our target audience in terms of
age grouping is set from 35 years and up. This
type of event is for more mature
individuals, therefore the music chosen has to
not only be inviting to the ear but also tailored
to soothe and captivate everyone present.
8. Smell
The fragrance on the night will be
Evening Romance which will help create
a mood of love and calmness within the
venue. This is not a very highly scented
candle but it does create a warm feeling
in the atmosphere.
Disclaimer: Taking into consideration the varying amount of persons
at the venue on the night that may be allergic to high scented odors.
Elements of garlic, cheeses, (Italian) herbs & spices will monitored.
